Physiotherapy is a branch of Medicine and Health, while physiotherapists are evidence-based healthcare professionals who treat patients from physical pain and help them maintain their mobility and motor function.
Our School of Health helps students become professional physiotherapists who offer cost-effective treatments that relieve pain, reduce the need for surgery, and allow patients to participate in a recovery plan designed for their specific needs.
During this year students will receive supervised work experience in a reputable medical environment through corporate partnership with the University of Hertfordshire hosted by Global Academic Foundation.
With our physiotherapy programme, you will have a wide range of industries to work in. Physiotherapists practice their profession in a wide range of settings, such as: joining multi-disciplinary teams in hospitals, outpatient clinics, sports and fitness facilities, medical research centers, rehabilitation, post-partum care, and special needs schools.
