Egypt’s first astronaut candidate visits UH-GAF

We are pleased to host Eng. Akram Amin, a flight Engineer at the German Aerospace Centre and Egypt’s first astronaut candidate, as a guest speaker on campus this Tuesday, January 18th. This event is organized by Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering department at University of Hertfordshire Hosted by Global Academic Foundation. The event will discuss several topics such as the future for Aerospace Engineering in Egypt, the field’s current challenges and dynamics, as well as Eng. Akram Amin’s success story and personal journey of getting into this challenging path.
